Refund/Return Policy

At Bassino Impex Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1.  Return

✅ Returns Accepted in the Following Cases:

  1. Manufacturing Defect

    • If the product has any visible manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery (e.g., cracks, chips, faulty finish), we will accept the return or arrange a replacement.

  2. Size Mismatch

    • If the delivered product does not match the size mentioned in the description or your order, we will take full responsibility and offer a return or exchange.

  3. Color/Finish Variation

    • If the product color, finish, or texture is completely different from what was shown in the catalog or website images, and not within acceptable variation limits, you are eligible for a return.

  4. Wrong Product Delivered

    • If you receive an entirely different product from what you ordered, we will ensure prompt resolution.

  5. Incomplete or Missing Parts

    • If any component is missing (e.g., fittings, accessories) due to our packing/shipping error, we will replace or complete it at no extra cost.

2. Returns Not Accepted in the Following Cases:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution differences.

  • Products damaged due to incorrect handling, installation, or external factors after delivery.

  • Custom-made or special-order items unless defective.

    Return Process:

    1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue.

    2. Our team will verify and approve the return or replacement based on the case.

    3. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and securely packed for reverse pickup.

    4. Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
  • To request an exchange, email us with images of the damaged product.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • After dispatch, cancellations are not accepted.
